The Name Above All Names
There is no power higher than the power of Jesus — in heaven, on earth, or under the earth. Philippians 2:10–11 reminds us: “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things on earth, and things under the earth.” This is a powerful truth for every believer, and it has real-life implications. The Three Realms That Bow The Bible describes three groups that will bow at the name of Jesus: Heaven: Every angel and heavenly being. Earth: Every person living in this world. Under the Earth: Even spiritual forces of darkness and the dead. Nothing and no one is outside Jesus’ authority. This includes witchcraft, occult practices, and any attempt to use dark powers.
